About the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Specialist to manage customer communications, support sales activities, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the customer journey. In this role, you will handle customer chats, emails, inquiries, and support requests while also assisting potential clients with product or service information, order processing, and follow-ups. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, deliver solutions, and ensure successful product or service delivery to customers. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage both customer support and sales coordination responsibilities effectively.

What you'll do

  • Handle customer support requests through chat, email, and messaging platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service guidance
  • Assist customers throughout the sales and onboarding process
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical, operational, or service-related issues
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending issues, updates, and resolutions
  • Support order processing, service activation, and delivery coordination
  • Support lead handling, follow-ups, and client communication activities
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
  • Build positive relationships with customers and potential clients

What we're looking for

  • Experience in customer support, sales support, customer success, or account coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage chats, emails, and multiple customer interactions efficiently
  • Professional attitude with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and operational teams
  • Comfortable assisting customers with sales and support-related inquiries
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, support platforms, or sales tools is a plus
