Own the partner onboarding journey from creation to verification and approval
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Partner Support & Onboarding Specialist to manage and support the complete partner onboarding lifecycle from account creation and verification to approval, deployment, and operational support. In this role, you will work closely with partners, internal support teams, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will be responsible for setting up partner accounts, assisting with website deployments, connecting domains, handling verification workflows, and ensuring compliance with operational and security standards. This role requires strong communication skills, technical coordination abilities, and a high level of professionalism when handling confidential partner information and sensitive verification documents.
